If you wish to make any amendments to an order being fulfilled by a branch, please contact the processing branch as soon as possible. These details are shown on your confirmation email.
Unfortunately it will not always be possible, but we make every effort to ensure changes are made where we can.
Once you have placed an order for products being dispatched from our warehouse, it is not possible to change any of the order contents, contact or delivery details.
However, once you receive your order, you can return any unwanted items for a refund.
If you have missed something off of your order, please go to your MyBradfords account and place another order for these items.
